Elizabeth J. Sandler

Elizabeth spent 25 years in financial services Strategy and COO roles. Working directly for business heads and leading large global teams she learned that businesses can only reach their full potential with a strategically integrated people experience.

In 2018 she left finance to study digital business, millennials and the neuroscience behind mindfulness. That research led her to the creation of Echo Juliette.  Mindfully Leading the Next Generation -- is the driving objective of the firm and the core value proposition for its clients.
